Here at Sedona Coffee Roasters we do our roasting right on the premises with the help of this "Probat Roaster". Through the years we have found that "Quality Control" is best kept in small batch roasting. To some folks this seems like a lot of work, but to us it means having consistent flavor and body. Our customers really appreciate this and show us by always coming back for more.
